Checklist
Who to tell when you move house (UK)
No single service updates everyone when you move, so work through this list. Most organisations let you change your address online. Tick them off as you go - your ticks are saved in this browser - or print the list.

Moving in Scotland
Water and sewerage charges are billed with council tax, so telling the council covers both.
Moving in Northern Ireland
There's no council tax: tell Land & Property Services (LPS), which bills domestic rates. Driving licences are issued by the DVA rather than DVLA; vehicle log books are still held by DVLA.
